In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your piece or have a change of heart, I offer a full refund up to 14 days after receipt. Please email before returning your purchase, postage instructions will be sent to you on receipt of your email. Once the items have arrived back with me in their original condition, I will to process your refund within 5 working days - customer pays return postage costs.
